NU-COAT is a highly durable, weather resistant, liquid rubber coating and primer system, that will seal and restore old or new roof surfaces. It extends the life of a roof by reversing the deterioration of shingles and tiles caused by age, weather conditions and UV rays. It seals old asphalt shingles that are starting to curl at the edges and prevents damage caused by wind lift, which can tear whole strips of shingles off a roof in high winds.

the answer you have been looking for. NU-COAT is a unique waterproof,
liquid rubber coating that covers the entire roof and seals and
rejuvenates old, deteriorated shingles, concrete or clay tiles giving
the roof a ‘like new’ appearance. This revolutionary product comes

Durable, weather-resistant liquid rubber
NU-COAT
is a two-part system that is easy to apply to a surface that is
free of dirt, debris, moss, mold, etc. The old roof surface is first
cleaned to remove dirt and mold, and then sealed using NU-COAT PRIMER,
a concentrated acrylic sealer that is diluted with water at a 3:1
ratio. This can be applied to the roof with a brush, roller or sprayer
and dries in less than 30 minutes. The roof is then coated with
two coats of NU-COAT – the first coat should be applied in a vertical
direction from the roof edge up the roof to the peak and allowed
to dry until it is tack-free. The second coat is then applied in
a horizontal direction across the roof to ensure complete coverage.
